JAISTC’s services include:

1. Make the best of domestic and international resources and integrate international science and technology cooperation resources actively to make a powerful support for provincial innovation-driven development strategy.

2. Organize international communication and cooperation. Bring in overseas S&T achievements and high-level S&T talents. Arrange affairs for S&T projects, investment managements, investigation activities, overseas training in the field of S&T innovation and high and new technology, academic forums, technology exhibitions, technology evaluations, project road shows and investment and intelligence import. Undertake relevant work and missions assigned by government.

3. Provide services of information analysis, technology evaluation, technology property exchange, S&T fiancé and other issues for grass-roots units. Provide consulting services for relevant policies and information as well.

4. Provide consulting and argumentation service for international innovation construction of S&T parks.

5. Help enterprises and organizations of Jiangsu set up abroad branches; especially provide them “the Belt and Road Initiatives” strategy information and consulting service for policy and law.

6. Carry out soft science researches in the field of international science and technology cooperation. Provide policy suggestions for government sections and relevant units.

7. Edit and publish periodicals, materials and books of international science and technology communication and cooperation.

JAISTC is a non-governmental organization to work on and promote international science and technology cooperation in Jiangsu, a civil platform to carry out international science and technology communication and cooperation, a fellowship home for provincial S&T workers, and also, a channel and window for overseas partners to search for S&T cooperation in Jiangsu.
